SHIPPING POLICY

Local Home Delivery:

  1. Local Home Delivery Area: We offer local home delivery within Mission, BC. This service allows us to bring your order directly to your doorstep, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience.

  2. Shipping Costs and Options: Local home delivery within Mission, BC is available at a flat rate fee. Items can also be pickup up at Cherry Hill Elementary School at the office at no charge.

Shipping Outside of Mission, BC:

  1. Shipping Availability: While our primary focus is local home delivery within Mission, BC, we understand that there may be exceptional cases where shipping is necessary, such as customers living in remote areas or facing physical limitations etc. at this time we are not set up online for shipping outside of our local area however if this is a requirement, please contact us and we can find a way to accommodate shipping.

  2. Shipping Fees: At School pickup does not have any fees added.  For orders that require delivery  within Mission, BC, there is a current handling and fuel surcharge of $5, flat fee.  For those orders that do require shipping outside of Mission, BC the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. These costs will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. The exact shipping fees will be calculated for you and must be paid prior to Shipments being sent out.

  3. Shipping Methods: Customers will be notified of estimated time of delivery, once order is ready to go. in school pickup can be made during school hours in the office. for those being few select orders being shipped we will use tracked shipping services for orders shipped, This ensures that your package can be monitored during transit for added security and peace of mind.

Shipping Times:

  1. Local Home Delivery: For orders within Mission, BC, we strive to deliver your items within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery times typically range from 7-10 business days, depending on the availability of the item and your location within Mission.

  2. At school pickup: orders at this time may take some time to complete we do strive for quick turnaround typically ranging from 7-10 business days, depending on the availability of the item.

  3. Shipping Outside of Mission, BC: Shipping times for orders outside of Mission, BC will vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination

We appreciate your understanding that our primary mode of service is local home delivery and school pickup in Mission, BC. we will send out notifications  throughout the fulfillment and shipping process, we are unable to give direct tracking however If you have any questions or require further assistance regarding shipping time or options, please contact our customer service team. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund and Exchange Policy

    • We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product for various reasons. We provide a 7-day exchange window from the date of purchase. If the product you received is in good condition but does not meet your requirements, you may exchange it for an alternative product of equal or lesser value.

    • The exchanged product must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will assist you in finding a suitable replacement or offer you a store credit.

  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Except for cases involving manufacturing defects, all purchases are non-refundable. This policy applies to products that are not defective but simply do not meet your preferences or expectations.

  4. Return Procedure:
